Job description

I’m reaching out about a new locum APP opportunity at McLaren Greater Lansing in the Emergency Department. We are a preferred contracted provider of locum coverage for McLaren Health Care in Michigan.
Hourly rate based on experience and availability - $110 to 120/hour
Transportation and housing provided
Position: APP (NP/PA) – Emergency Medicine
Location: Greater Lansing, Michigan
Environment: Level 3 Emergency Department
Shift: 11a–11p (7 days/week; one APP shift daily)
Patient Volume: ~110 per day (divided among providers)
Coverage Model:
APP works independently in the Fast Track “VUE” area (10 beds)
Attending physicians on-site 24/7 for consultation/guidance
Staggered physician coverage, with 3 physicians from 2p–6p (busiest time)
Emergency Medicine residents on rotation (handled by physicians, no APP supervision required)
