Site Leader

$22.17 - $23.00 per hour

Position Summary
The Site Leader oversees daily Accounts Receivable (AR) Check Processing operations, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely execution of all workflows while meeting contractual SLAs. This role serves as the primary onsite customer contact, leads a small operations team, drives performance, and supports future expansion into additional Print & Mail services.

Operational Leadership

  • Leads and performs daily AR check processing activities, including receipt, sorting, scanning, reporting, retention, and destruction.
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact for operational issues, escalations, and service updates.
  • Monitor workload, establish priorities, and ensure service commitments are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of an additional team member.
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Support corrective action and employee development initiatives.
  • Own SLA attainment, quality metrics, and operational reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, security controls, retention policies, and financial document handling procedures.
  • Maintain reporting on processing volumes, backlogs, productivity, and service performance.

Qualifications (Required)

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Customer-facing experience in a service delivery environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience with financial document processing or lockbox operations.
  • Experience managing SLAs, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in a managed services environment.
