Business Service Center - Customer Support Representative Openings

The Business Service Center Service team is focused on delivering an exceptional experience to business clients and internal partners. This role supports a variety of Treasury Management products and services and serves as a primary point of contact for questions, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and client education. The ideal candidate is customer focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to take ownership of client needs from initial contact through resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from business clients and internal partners regarding Treasury Management products and services
  • Provide support for products such as Commercial Online Banking, Lockbox Services, Cash Vault, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Wires, and ACH Origination
  • Research and resolve client questions and issues using internal systems, resources, and documentation
  • Take ownership of client issues from initial contact through final resolution
  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
  • Handle inbound call volume while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Educate clients and internal partners on available products, system functionality, and best practices
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant products, processes, policies, procedures, and systems
  • Document client interactions and resolutions accurately
  • Perform additional operational and customer support responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service, client support, operations, or related professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and handling a consistent inbound call volume
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous banking, financial services, or business client support experience
  • Experience supporting commercial banking, Treasury Management, cash management, deposit operations, credit card services, or similar financial products
  • Previous experience working with business or commercial customers
  • Prior call center, customer service, clerical, data entry, or operations experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
