Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat

- Cut new or duplicate keys using key-cutting machine for both new and existing locks

-Pin and install new lock cylinders (cores), replace or repair worn parts, and install new locking mechanisms

-Develop and maintain multi-level master key systems to ensure facility security; includes managing key requests, tracking key inventory, and maintaining a secure key shop
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to identify and resolve technical problems
- Educate customers on product features and functionality

Requirements:

· Inventory Management

· Ability to maintain accurate and secure records of key assignments, issued cores, and lock changes

· Knowledge of different types of locks, including mechanical, electronic, and combination locks

· Strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot lock related issues and provide effective solutions

·Excellent attention to detail

·Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

· Knowledge on all company products and security product for proper troubleshooting/diagnostics.

· Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

· Research required information using available resources

· Follow standard processes and procedures

· Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications

· Redirect problems to appropriate resource

· Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business

· Ability to communicate with Sales and Management in a professional manner to provide updates on the designated customer.
