  • Repairing and maintaining fixtures, furniture, appliances, machinery, and mechanical equipment in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Performs some tasks in plumbing, electricity, and carpentry

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Mechanic in a related field
  • General mechanics knowledge in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical repair, refrigeration and HVAC required.
  • FDNY Certificate of Fitness

Education:
  • Vocational School training with courses in Blueprint reading
  • High School Diploma/GED required
