Electrical Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Tuesday-Friday 6am-4:30pm
Schedule subject to change based on business needs

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. Your expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems minimizes downtime, supports production goals, and helps ensure a safe working environment for all associates. What You’ll Do
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, power distribution equipment, and industrial machinery
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to minimize production downtime
Support the maintenance and upkeep of Lantech facilities and equipment
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and communicate status updates to the Maintenance Team Leader
Maintain spare parts inventory and notify leadership of parts and supply needs
Perform preventative maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability
Follow all Lantech safety procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), when servicing equipment
Maintain tools, toolboxes, and maintenance equipment in safe working condition
Ensure work areas are clean and organized upon completion of maintenance activities
Document maintenance activities and communicate ticket status as required
Work overtime as needed and participate in the on-call rotation once trained and qualified
Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License required
Working knowledge of current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to work overtime and support emergency maintenance needs
Commitment to safety and compliance with all company procedures

Desired Experience
Experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs
Experience with PLC troubleshooting or programming
Electrical conduit bending and installation experience
Experience operating forklifts, articulating lifts, or similar equipment
Experience supporting manufacturing equipment and facility maintenance

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Kentucky Master Electrician License required
