We're searching for fantastic communicators and team players to join our elite customer services team in the US, supporting the world's biggest films, from localization through to theatrical release - and beyond. As our Account Coordinator you will be supporting your customer's theatrical releases, guiding each title through asset creation, technical production, and delivery pipelines.

You'll be a trusted partner for clients, an orchestrator across teams, and a steady force that keeps complex workflows humming. What You'll Do

  • Support the journey: As part of an elite team, you'll support your customers theatrical versioning and release - from localization through cinema mastering, theatrical delivery and licensing.

  • Be the connector: Unite Deluxe's creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure clarity, cohesion, and momentum.

  • Communicate with confidence: Keep clients informed, supported, and delighted every step of the way.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Spot roadblocks before they appear, and drive solutions that protect timelines and quality.

  • Keep systems sharp: Ensure that all project data, milestones, and updates are accurate and always up to date.

  • Champion excellence: Push for top-tier quality across subtitling, audio mixing, picture editing, mastering, QC and delivery.

  • Elevate the workflow: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and share best practices with junior team members to deliver a smoother, smarter operational experience.
