Global Security | Technical Security Product Delivery Manager, Vice President

Position Overview
As the Product Manager (APAC & Global Features) within Global Security's Technical Security team, you manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the technical security application portfolio, aligning network segmentation between all regions to support secure, consistent delivery of technical security applications and features.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Global Security, and technical teams within Global Technology to test, maintain, and implement integrated security solutions, with a focus on network segmentation alignment and secure connectivity patterns across regions.
  • Manage multi-million dollar projects, including planning, funding, execution, and closure. Track key milestones and deliverables, and prepare executive presentations for senior leadership.
  • Guide updates to job aides, operating procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Provide data driven analytics and reporting to senior leaders within the Technical Security Department.
  • Partner with Product Owners, senior management, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the technical security applications, ensuring alignment with business and security needs, including regional network segmentation requirements.
  • Work with Global Technology on planning, development, and delivery of regional network segmentation, leveraging agile methodologies and the firm's AI product management and requirement generation tools.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with integration partners, regional teams, and vendors to support seamless operations and continuous improvement, including coordinating network segmentation dependencies and constraints.
  • Organize and present product initiatives, progress, and outcomes to management and the workforce, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of contingent workers assigned to platform-related projects, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Support compliance, audit, and evidence collection activities as required, including evidence of segmentation, access paths, and control effectiveness where applicable.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the platform and its segmented network architecture.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technology-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical security, or access control systems, within a large enterprise environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with professional presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to multi-task, learn new technologies, and operate autonomously in high-pressure environments.
  • Sound decision-making, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity to pursue innovative solutions.
  • Experience implementing physical, technical, and administrative controls.
  • Knowledge of physical security technology systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection), IT networking, and infrastructure design.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, SQL scripting, or related coding formats.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and AI-driven product management tools.
  • Familiarity with APAC regulatory environments, localization, and data privacy requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing or supporting Smart Access, OnGuard, Morpho Manager, or similar access control platforms.
  • Experience overseeing contingent workers or external project teams.
  • Exposure to mobile access, biometrics, or cloud-based security solutions.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment or large, matrixed organization.

Additional Information
  • Must be available to work on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to provide support during evenings and weekends as required.
