The Sr Manager, Marketplace Seller Success – Pro Seller Global Program Lead will drive the expansion and evolution of the Walmart Marketplace Pro Seller Program across international marketplaces. This role is responsible for building a globally scalable operating model while balancing consistency across markets with local business needs. The Global Program Lead partners with marketplace teams in Canada, Mexico, Chile, and future expansion markets to implement the Pro Seller Program, establish governance, and facilitate cross-market innovation.
About the team:
The Pro Seller Program team within Walmart Marketplace Seller Success drives the design, operation, and expansion of the Pro Seller Program. Collaborating with Product, Business, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and Global teams, the group develops seller incentives, refines eligibility criteria, and promotes international program adoption. The team combines strategic thinking with practical execution and cross-functional partnership to enhance customer trust and Marketplace growth. Members demonstrate ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and curiosity to deliver impactful insights and solutions that advance business goals and support operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the expansion of the Pro Seller Program across international marketplaces.
  • Develop governance models that balance global consistency with local market flexibility.
  • Build strong partnerships with international Marketplace teams and business leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to pilot new program concepts, rewards, and operating models across global markets.
  • Facilitate cross-market sharing of best practices, innovations, and operational learnings.
  • Coordinate international program launches, localization efforts, and operational readiness.
  • Help shape the long-term global strategy for the Pro Seller Program.
