About the Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities. Working with Marketing, Sales, and business stakeholders, you'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, marketing assets are maintained, and campaigns are executed with excellence.
This role offers broad exposure to campaign management, digital marketing, events, marketing technology, and performance reporting within a global organization.
In Your Day-to-Day, You Will:
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, and events across the Americas.
  • Support email marketing, landing pages, content localization, and digital marketing activities.
  • Manage marketing assets, project timelines, and campaign documentation.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of marketing content and digital campaigns.
  • Track campaign results and support reporting and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless marketing experience.

To Be Successful in the Role, You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, digital marketing, or event support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or project management tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English and either French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Workfront, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
