Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects and timelines across internal teams including creative, product, community, development, localization, QA, and external partners
  • Help guide marketing assets from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and approvals are met
  • Track deliverables and maintain organization across campaigns, launches, events, and live-service initiatives
  • Write and edit marketing copy for websites, emails, game pages, social media, patch notes, promotional materials, and player-facing communications
  • Conduct market, competitor, audience, and trend research to support campaign planning and strategic initiatives
  • Assist with campaign planning, asset requests, approvals, and launch coordination
  • Prepare presentations, marketing briefs, recap reports, and internal documentation
  • Support influencer, creator, community, and PR initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment
  • Assist in quality-checking marketing assets and promotional materials before release
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and help compile insights and recommendations
