ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our sales pipeline organized, responsive, and moving forward. This position is focused on client communication, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and ensuring potential customers receive a fast, professional experience from first contact through onboarding. Youll work closely with the sales team to help create a smooth customer journey while supporting the overall growth of the agency.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day. If you enjoy staying busy, following processes, and helping create a great customer experience, this could be a great fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to and distribute incoming leads quickly and accurately
  • Send follow-up texts and emails to prospective customers
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Assist with onboarding and client follow-up communication
  • Coordinate cancellation requests with prior insurance carriers
  • Send welcome emails and onboarding information to new clients
  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline information within agency systems
  • Monitor incomplete files and follow up on missing information
  • Support overall agency organization and workflow efficiency
  • Provide professional and timely customer communication throughout the day
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable handling outbound communication by phone, text, and email
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
