Arnie Bauer Chevy GMC is looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our day-to-day sales operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with us as we prepare to move into a much larger, state-of-the-art facility in the near future. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive traffic to our showroom, and be ready to roll up their sleeves to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily vehicle sales operations

  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals

  • Handle F&I responsibilities, including presenting financing options and securing deals

  • Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to drive showroom traffic and customer engagement

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to overcome market-specific challenges

  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support the team and interact with customers

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed to improve results

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in automotive sales management

  • Strong background in Finance & Insurance (F&I)

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Willingness to make phone calls and take initiative daily
