Automotive Sales Manager

Rod Baker Ford in Plainfield is seeking a Sales Manager. If you are a well-qualified Sales Manager looking to go to the next level we would like to talk to you.

We are a third generation, family-owned franchise dealership. We are looking for an individual with great teamwork and leadership skills and the ability to provide a superior buying experience to both our loyal and new customers. Job Requirements:

  • Must have two years of auto dealership management experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work with CRM systems.
  • Work closely with lenders and have a strong influence in securing loan approvals.
