You'll serve as one of the first points of contact for potential clients, building trust, collecting essential information, and ensuring attorneys have the facts needed to evaluate each case. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Meet with prospective personal injury clients throughout your assigned territory
  • Explain the firm's legal services and guide clients through the intake process
  • Build rapport and establish trust while evaluating potential cases
  • Conduct client and witness interviews and obtain recorded statements
  • Gather and organize accident reports, medical records, insurance information, contracts, receipts, photographs, and other supporting documentation
  • Photograph injuries, accident scenes, property damage, and other relevant evidence
  • Conduct investigative research to support case development
  • Complete intake forms and legal documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organized case records and appointment schedules
  • Coordinate closely with attorneys, paralegals, intake specialists, and case managers
  • Respond promptly to new client inquiries with a goal of meeting prospective clients within 24–48 hours
  • Maintain company-issued equipment and ensure accurate documentation of investigative activities
  • Travel throughout the assigned service area using your personal vehicle

DISCLOSURES
  • Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Work Arrangement: Remote. Candidates must reside in Richmond, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, or the Tidewater region of Virginia and be able to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Travel Requirement: Extensive local travel is required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a reliable personal vehicle, and carry appropriate automobile insurance. Mileage reimbursement is provided for business travel.
