This role is designed to be flexible and fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy directly from home while maintaining a necessary work-life balance. Our outpatient office environment is equipped with the latest telehealth technology, ensuring that you can deliver effective therapy sessions securely and efficiently. You will have access to training and support to navigate the telehealth platform and deepen your understanding of virtual care dynamics.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.
• Assess clients’ family dynamics and relationship patterns, utilizing insights from past trauma to create informed treatment plans tailored to specific client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies, adapting your approach based on ongoing assessments and collaborative feedback from clients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during high-stress situations, coordinating with local resources and crisis services as necessary to ensure client safety.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to comply with billing and treatment tracking requirements.
• Educate clients and their families about effective communication strategies, setting healthy boundaries, and applying behavioral techniques that promote daily functional improvements.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex client cases, fostering collaboration to enhance care planning.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of issues including relationship struggles, mental health disorders, and family dysfunctions. • Valid and active LMFT license in Vermont approved by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• A minimum of two years of experience working in therapeutic settings, specifically with couples and families.
• Proficient communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients and the multidisciplinary care team.
• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations, providing calm and supportive responses to client needs.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Experience with telehealth platforms, though training and support will be provided to ensure you become comfortable and proficient in this vital area of service delivery.
• Flexibility and openness to working with various client issues, including relationship concerns, mental health challenges, and family dynamics.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
