How does a 'Local Remote' role typically balance on-site and remote work requirements?

A 'Local Remote' role usually allows employees to work from home most of the time while still requiring periodic visits to a nearby office or client site. This hybrid setup offers flexibility for work-life balance but also ensures strong team collaboration and connection to local operations.
