Portfolio Strategy Lead - Office Print Solutions
Description -
This Office Print Solutions (OPS) Portfolio Strategy lead is responsible for securing approval for high-level global portfolio plans and investments, aligning and prioritizing them with organizational objectives, and creating a comprehensive plan with associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks. The role supports the HP Laser Jet Printer Business and also leads cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to develop and execute portfolio planning exercises. Additionally, the role leads OPS level initiatives and special projects including areas such as coordinating on marketing and launch messaging, influencing customer segmentation strategies, leading special projects, and partnering across our GTM teams to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Develops and secures approval for high-level global OPS Enterprise Print plans and investments on a global scale, aligning them with organizational objectives.
โ€ข Strategic business lead who will lead OPS special projects, align business insights with our key strategic partners on future programs and investigate new business models.
โ€ข Influences the customer segmentation, partners to generate customer insights and develops strategies at a global scale focused on different customer segments.
โ€ข Partners with GTM senior management to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
โ€ข Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Education & Experience Recommended
โ€ข Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
โ€ข Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.
