About TLP:

We are a marketing company that has been around since 1997. We specialize in helping small business owners grow their business/brand with print media.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to analyze their sales territory and develop winning strategies to identify qualified leads through business development calling
  • Learn our strategy, vision, mission and products
  • Set at least one product demonstration per working hour which complete at an average of 70%.
  • Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and email
  • Master the company's telephone systems, email and other tools

  • Cold-calling experience
  • Self-Motivated
  • Natural networker and relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual withe great organizational and time-management skills.
  • Skilled in standard Microsoft systems
