Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Screen Print Production Worker to join our team. This is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the screen printing process, preparing materials, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout production.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of screen printing jobs
  • Load and unload garments onto printing machines
  • Catch, stack, and organize printed apparel
  • Perform quality checks to ensure prints meet company standards
  • Prepare garments and materials for production (sorting, counting, staging)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
  • Assist with screen cleaning and basic shop maintenance


Qualifications
  • Some prior screen printing experience required (additional training provided)
