What You'll Do:- Lead with Safety & Performance - Ensure every crew member stays safe and performs at their best. Their success starts with you.
- Manage Multiple Crews & Job Sites - Oversee teams ranging from 3-15 painters, keeping projects on track and up to Kennedy Painting's high standards.
- Set the Bar for Quality & Efficiency - Guarantee clean job sites, property protection, and flawless finishes.
- Train & Develop Your Team - Provide hands-on field training to elevate skills and efficiency.
- Own the Customer Experience - Conduct pre-job walkthroughs, set clear expectations, and communicate daily updates with clients.
- Keep Projects Running Smoothly - Order materials, manage sundries, and seamlessly transition between projects.
- Close with Confidence - Perform final walk-throughs, handle touch-ups, and ensure client satisfaction before signing off.
- Stay Aligned with Leadership - Keep the office informed about job progress and attend key operations meetings.
