Primary ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  1. Develop accurate budgets by utilizing historical data from previous projects
  2. Periodically visit all pending and active projects to ensure correct field methods and maintain total knowledge of the project
  3. Possess knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs
  4. Oversee and track all labor on each project, whether from outside subcontractors or internal labor sources
  5. Provide predetermined deliverables in a timely manner, including verification of all completed work
  6. Manage and develop team members to ensure proper growth within the organization
  7. Represent Our Client in all aspects, especially in relation to standard site operations
  8. Maintain client relationships at the project level
Education and Experience
  1. B.S. Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting is preferred
  2. 3+ years of experience in Project Management with substantial estimating experience, including 2+ years as an Assistant Estimator
  3. MBA is a plus

  2. Experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor or a general contractor (GC)
  3. Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
