Position Summary:
The Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to each department in the home building process. The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. We build homes from theframe up!
Duties / Responsibilities:
Work in a safe manner, practicing good situationalawarenessand using all required safety equipment and PPE.
Communicate any safety hazards or issues to your supervisorimmediately.
Participate inany and allsafety training provided.
Work as a team tomaintainand exceed production goals.
Be respectful andmaintaingood working relationships with all team members.
Maintain a positive, "How can I help?" attitude.
Be punctual and reliable.
Follow all quality guidelines and building codes, without exception, to produce ahigh qualityproduct.
Serve as a good stewardofour company's physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicatinganticipatedmaterial shortages,identifyingrequired tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.
Be adaptable and flexible at all times, performing any duties assigned.

Our pay range isskill based, meaning the more skills our team members become proficient in, the more money they make. Once new team members complete their probationary period (typically 90 days), they are eligible to start receiving a weekly production bonus.
