Job description

Our client is seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Painter to join their team and take ownership of painting, refinishing, and light refurbishment of heavy industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role suited for a painter who takes pride in their craft and brings experience with industrial coatings and surface preparation. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant painting experience and a sharp eye for quality and finish.
Job Responsibilities -
- Perform hand painting of industrial equipment using appropriate coatings and application techniques.
- Apply epoxy coatings and other industrial-grade materials to equipment surfaces as required.
- Complete light maintenance and refurbishment tasks to restore equipment to operational and cosmetic standards.
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming prior to paint application.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Handle and store paints, coatings, and related materials in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet project timelines.
