Your opportunity: We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and self-starter, dedicated person to join our expanding team of real estate experts and professionals located in our DFW office. Our company originated in Augusta, GA the host city of the annual Masters Tournament.  

The candidate will be a part of the Auben leadership team and will directly report to the Regional Vice President. The objective for the position is to create clearly defined marketing processes and procedures, using existing brand standards.  The Director of Marketing will be responsible for communicating the vision, culture, and philosophy of Auben in all marketing activities.  

​​​​​​Qualifications
Proven experience developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies within the real estate industry, with a strong preference for experience in single-family rental (SFR), residential brokerage, property management, or real estate investment.
·  Demonstrated success creating integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and support agent recruitment, investor growth, resident acquisition, and property leasing goals.
·  Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage analytics to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
·  Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets while balancing business priorities and delivering measurable results.
·  Proven leadership experience building, developing, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
·  Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to partner effectively across brokerage, operations, recruiting, asset management, and executive leadership teams.
·  Ability to translate company objectives into data-driven marketing initiatives that support business growth, market expansion, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
·  Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and marketing analytics tools to develop executive presentations, marketing collateral, and performance reporting.
·  Strong understanding of real estate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics, particularly those impacting the single-family rental (SFR), residential investment, and brokerage sectors.
·  Experience developing marketing strategies that support recruiting top real estate talent, expanding market presence, increasing property occupancy, and driving investor engagement.Essential Job Functions
  • Ensure Auben Realty's vision, mission, values, and brand messaging are consistently reflected across all marketing initiatives, communications, and collateral.
  • Develop, track, and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Partner with Market Sales Managers, Senior Investor Account Managers, and department leaders to align corporate marketing strategies with local market initiatives and business objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and event marketing channels.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the company-wide marketing and events calendar, ensuring alignment across all markets and departments.
  • Analyze real estate market trends, customer insights, competitor activity, and performance data to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
  • Maintain a centralized, organized digital library of all marketing assets, templates, brand standards, forms, photography, and promotional materials.
  • Design and manage an efficient workflow for requesting, approving, and producing marketing materials across all departments and markets.
  • Manage inventory and distribution of branded marketing materials, including signage, apparel, promotional items, print collateral, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing content that supports recruiting, property management, brokerage, investor relations, acquisitions, and resident experience.
  • Represent Auben Realty by attending industry networking events, conferences, association meetings, and business development opportunities alongside local leadership (including BNI, Texas REIA, NARPM, IMN, and other industry organizations).
  • Oversee CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and email marketing distribution lists, including Blanket, Bold Connect CRM, and AppFolio, ensuring data integrity and effective communication campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including graphic designers, printers, signage companies, photographers, videographers, and promotional suppliers.
  • Monitor, respond to, and develop strategies to enhance Auben Realty's online reputation across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, and other review sites.
  • Create, maintain, and update branded marketing templates and sales materials for real estate agents and investors, including Offering Memorandums (OMs), postcards, listing presentations, brochures, and digital collateral.
  • Conduct routine audits of the Auben Realty website to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, SEO optimization, and timely updates across all markets.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives remain consistent with company branding, compliance requirements, and evolving real estate industry best practices.
  • Manage marketing budgets, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and recommend new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field. 

  • 3 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities  

Work Environment: Position is primarily located in a well-lit office environment. 

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, telephone, calculators, etc. 

Mental/Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is primarily sitting at a desk utilizing a computer.
