Summary: • Develop Java-based software capabilities and integrate advanced AI agents into daily engineering workflows. • Utilize modern Java frameworks, cloud technologies, and NoSQL databases to build robust solutions. • Lead and mentor engineering teams within an Agile environment. Qualifications & Compensation: • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of software engineering experience; OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience; OR High School Diploma/equivalent with 9+ years of experience. • Total Compensation: $224k+ yearly Job Description: • Design, develop, and implement complex software capabilities for computer-based systems. • Develop Java-based software capabilities using modern Java Frameworks and Libraries such as Spring and Guava. • Integrate advanced AI agents and next-gen coding tools into daily software engineering routines. • Use autonomous agents for multi-file feature implementations, complex codebase refactoring, and automated test generation. • Guide AI agents through complex, multi-repository application architectures and audit agent-generated code. • Design enterprise APIs, RESTful web services, and Microservices architectures. • Work with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure and distributed databases like Elasticsearch and MongoDB. • Collaborate in an Agile environment using JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
