Pinnacle Logistics is a leading provider of surface transportation, supply chain management, and related logistics services. We manage the shipments to and from over 40 freight terminals every day. We are growing rapidly and looking for enthusiastic, positive and talented people to join our customer service team.
Pay rate : $20.00 an hour
Shift: Over night
Job Responsibilities:
  • Route Planning: Develop and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Communication: Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates, address issues, and ensure compliance with schedules.
  • Problem Resolution: Quickly and effectively address any challenges that may arise during transportation, such as delays, detours, or mechanical issues.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of shipments, including delivery times, delays, and any incidents that may occur.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers to provide updates on delivery status, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including logistics, maintenance, and customer service, to streamline operations.
