Summary
Liaise with Planners, Inventory, Drayage. Create paperwork for drivers, resolve any trouble tickets, dispatch trucks, dispatch containers to get loaded, check drivers in and out of site
Important Personal Skills
  • Computer literate, MS Office and SAP.
  • Able to work outside in variable weather conditions including high temperature summer months.
  • Ability to work independently and have the drive to take the initiative if direct supervision is not available on a constant basis.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to efficiently manage workload.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.
  • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Ability to learn new software systems and tasks quickly.
  • Ability to interact effectively at multiple levels in support of customer relationships.
  • Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of said PPE.
  • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
  • Fluent English.

Job Tasks
  • Liaise with Transport Planners, Drayage
  • Register and document all loading operations related data.
  • Monitor bookings in Lynx.
  • Put together paperwork after loading.
  • Monitor and report operational performance Loading Operations.
  • Report activities to client and higher management.
  • Log trucks in from inbound or outbound window
  • Assign containers to loading bays
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 1 years' experience in comparable role.
  • Ideally knowledge of petrochemical industry and processes.
  • Experience in logistic operations.
