Job description

Summary:
The Lobby Attendant's primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and public areas, while also providing customer service and assistance to all guests and visitors.
Responsibilities:
  • Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces within the lobby and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain the lobby in a clean, organized, and presentable manner.
  • Perform all work in a timely and professional manner.
  • Return Lost & Found to Security.
  • Greet guests, answer questions, provide directions, and assist with any needs or concerns.
  • Report any unsafe and potential hazards or suspicious activity to security/management.
  • Maintain adequate levels of supplies: toiletries, tissues, and other items.
  • Remove all trash from the lobby and surrounding areas.
  • Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
  • Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
