Job Description:

The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and sanitization of all public and common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, stairways, and administrative offices. This role ensures that all public spaces reflect the hotel's standards of cleanliness and hospitality, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and other public areas to hotel standards.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and furniture as needed to maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Replenish restroom and public area supplies such as towels, tissues, and sanitizer.
  • Remove trash and ensure waste receptacles are emptied and sanitized regularly.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas organized at all times.
  • Greet guests courteously and provide directions or assistance when needed.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • (Optional) Assist with setting up and breaking down lobby furniture for events when required.

Requirements:
