You’ll guide clients through applications, present loan options, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless, educational, and professional experience. This position blends strong sales skills with client care and loan expertise, while collaborating closely with a high-performing team.

    • Issue pre-approvals aligned with DML standards.

    • Provide updates and communicate with agents and clients throughout the process.

  • Coordination Communication

    • Train and support agents/clients on Simple Nexus app calculator.

    • Create and share co-branded applications and marketing materials.

    • Participate in lead capture rotations (nights/weekends) and prospecting calls.

    • Complete and submit weekly Greatness Tracker to Sales Manager.

  • Loan Structuring Locking

    • Structure loans and present the best options (terms, buy-downs, etc.).

    • Review Loan Estimates, cash-to-close figures, and payment breakdowns.

    • Ensure clients understand loan terms, payments, and expectations.

  • File Preparation Submission

    • Transition approved files to processing with full documentation.

    • Follow team communication standards for updates and submissions.

    • Provide reminders and guidance through the first payment process.

  • Business Professional Growth

    • Manage time effectively, focusing on high-value tasks.

    • Exceed production expectations while maintaining compliance.

    • Represent DML with professionalism and authenticity.

    • Consistently deliver excellent client experiences (5-star reviews).

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

  • Active NMLS license.

  • 2+ years of lending or related financial experience.

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work nights/weekends as part of rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Encompass software experience.

  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and conventional loan products.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
