Who we are lookingfor:

This position will be responsible for the setup and/or processing activities related to Special Products including Adjustable-Rate Mortgages, Servicemember Civil Relief Act, Operational Compliance, and other specialized products and servicing thereof.

Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, COCompensation: $55-65kKey Responsibilities:
  • Activities associated with Adjustable-Rate Mortgages and monitoring service delivery/productivity/quality standards and compliance to associated regulation and investor guidelines
  • ARM Plan Setup and daily/weekly index updates
  • Activities associated with the processing of Servicemember's Civil Relief Act (SCRAResponding to SCRA Requests or Tasks promptly
  • Determining eligibility for benefits: begin, end and tail coverage dates and notifying customers accordingly
  • Other Special Product responsibilities as needed: Assumptions, Partial Releases, Easements, & Recast Loan Modifications
  • Processing and monitoring of department report requirements and workflow, to ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Support of additional servicing processes within the Special Products operations
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • High School diploma, GED preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2 or more years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably Mortgage Loan Servicing specific to Special Loan activities. (
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while still being detailed and results oriented and able to understand complex transactions
  • Track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization
  • Ability to contribute to the department in line with the company’s vision and core values, driving frequent and continual organizational change and improvement
  • Effective verbal, and written communicator
  • Must be disciplined and well organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience in Black Knight MSP Servicing System is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.)High attention to detail
  • Comfortable in actively participating in a team environment
