Job Summary


Seeking a LoanIQ Training Consultant to support the AFS-to-LoanIQ system conversion within Wholesale Lending Operations. The role involves developing and delivering training, creating user guides and job aids, supporting procedure documentation, and preparing Operations teams for successful LoanIQ adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver LoanIQ training sessions to Operations users.
  • Create training materials, presentations, job aids, and learning guides.
  • Develop hands-on training labs and business process scenarios.
  • Walk users through LoanIQ screens, workflows, and processes.
  • Support procedure creation and process documentation.
  • Ensure training content aligns with business requirements and system changes.
  • Partner with Operations, Business, and Project teams during the conversion.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on LoanIQ experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Wholesale/Commercial Lending Operations.
  • Experience delivering system training and user enablement.
  • Ability to create training materials and documentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

  • AFS-to-LoanIQ conversion or migration experience.
  • Lending Operations experience (loan servicing, booking, payments, maintenance).
  • UAT/Test environment experience.


Pay Range: $60 - $62/hr. on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
