Mortgage Loan Processor Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to manage loan files from processing through underwriting and closing

This role works closely with Loan Officers, Underwriters, closing teams, and outside partners to ensure loans are complete, accurate, and processed on time. Key Responsibilities Receive, organize, and review mortgage loan files and documentation. Prepare and submit files for underwriting.

Obtain required information from borrowers and third-party partners. Work with Loan Officers and Underwriters to resolve loan conditions. Track loan status, deadlines, and closing dates.

Review documents for accuracy, completeness, signatures, and compliance. Maintain accurate loan records and protect confidential information. Provide professional customer service and support to the lending team.

Complete required training and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of mortgage lending experience.

2+ years of financial services experience. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficient with computers and lending systems. Knowledge of consumer credit laws and mortgage lending regulations. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
