Are you a dedicated team player who takes pride in contributing to a greater purpose and success of a team? If so, we invite you to join River Bank as a Loan Operations Coordinator! We provide comprehensive training and support needed to help build a rewarding career in banking.


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.


The Loan Operations Coordinator will primarily support the Loan Processing team by organizing, scanning, and maintaining loan-related documents throughout the loan lifecycle. It's a critical role in ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete, and filed in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.


As workload permits, secondary responsibilities of the role will provide loan processing support. This may include, but not limited to, data entry, loan system maintenance, preparation of loan documentation, and processing loan payments.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scan loan files and conduct maintenance of existing loan files.
  • Support Loan Officers and Loan Processors requiring documentation for or from files.
  • Assist in the preparation of files required for internal and external audits.
  • Perform quality control on all scanned/imaged documents.
  • Prepare loan documents for commercial, agricultural, and consumer loan closings.
  • Build loans into the core system.
  • Document tracking.
  • Process loan payments.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all loan and financial information.
  • Comply with all federal and state regulations related to loan documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer/technology proficient.


Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • One (1) year of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of loan structure and documentation.
  • Experience with loan systems.
