Job description

Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to lead it's dynamic team. The ideal Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) will have a strong history in skilled nursing and be dedicated to the care of residents and employees.

Our Licensed Nursing Home Administrators have an understanding of their budgets and are able to manage accordingly. Knowing when and where to adjust is a strength.

Current Texas LNFA is required. Knowledge of HHSC Regulations is also required.
