Job description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of policies and practices by direct care staff

Undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks

Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training

Assess the success of developmental plans and help direct care staff make the most of learning opportunities

Assist in the evaluation and hiring of direct care staff and oversee the training of direct care staff

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration, Psychology or a directly related field with five (5) years of professional experience related to the described duties.

Proven experience as an L & D Manager, Training Manager or similar

Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

Experience in project management and budgeting

Proficient in MS office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Excellent Communication and Negotiations skills, sharp business acumen

Professional Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
