Pay Range: $70 - $80 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to join the Hotels team. This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful training programs and optimizing learning technologies to enhance performance in sales and partnerships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a strong background in instructional design and enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs using instructional design best practices for Market Managers and Account Executives.
  • Create role-based training content, including mock calls, certifications, and playbooks.
  • Manage and maintain the learning management system, ensuring effective organization and accessibility of content.
  • Identify technical issues within the enablement tech stack and devise creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business needs.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enablement, L&D, or instructional design.
  • Proven experience in LMS administration and creating sales enablement content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
Industry Experience:
Familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred.
