Physical Therapist

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking physical therapists to join our team.

Location: Luke AFB, AZ

The physical therapist will support the recovery and readiness of U.S. Air Force aircrew. This role focuses on return-to-fly rehabilitation and injury prevention through evidence-based therapy services. The PT will also support performance readiness and facilitate recovery care. The work includes evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, and integrating physical therapy within the broader human performance framework.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services tailored to aircrew needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary HP team for integrated care.
  • Maintain documentation and support curriculum development.
  • Participate in research and process improvement.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications:

  • Doctor of physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • 2+ years of experience within collegiate/professional sport, tactical, aerospace, or man-machine high-performance environment. Setting specific experience can include athletic training practice only if dual credentialed as DPT and AT.
  • Current CPR and AED certification.
  • Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation). U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
