LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Pararescue Instructor to join our team.
Location: Hurlburt Field, FL
Job Description:
LMR Technical Group is seeking a highly experienced Pararescue Instructor to support the Special Tactics Training Squadron (STTS) at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The instructor will provide advanced skills training to Special Operations Forces personnel across a broad range of special tactics mission areas including personnel recovery, airborne operations, alternate insertion and extraction methods, small unit tactics, mission planning, weapons employment, and field training exercises.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver classroom and field-based instruction
  • Conduct high-angle rescue and rappel instruction
  • Instruct personnel recovery operations
  • Support full mission profile training events
  • Handle and demonstrate use of small arms, crew-served weapons, and night vision devices
  • Deploy to training locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS as required
  • Fly aboard military and contracted aircraft during training operations
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience as a USAF Pararescueman at the 7-level
  • Minimum three years of Air Force Special Tactics experience

  • Ability to work in physically demanding training environments
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Recent operational PJ experience
  • Instructor duty experience
  • Joint SOF experience
  • Jumpmaster qualifications
