• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines.
• Document clinical interactions and patient progress promptly and accurately to comply with regulatory standards and ensure quality care.
• Use evidence-based screening tools to facilitate effective evaluations and care plans in collaboration with your clinical team.
• Actively engage in the process of developing and implementing positive behavior support plans to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the highest standards of mental health services.
• Communicate effectively with community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to enhance service delivery and support client access to resources.
• Build and foster relationships with local agencies to increase collaboration and discover potential avenues for partnership and funding.
• Enhance your professional development by attending relevant conferences, participating in workshops, and representing the organization at community events.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive and effective care delivery.

As an LMHC at Grace Hospital, you will work with diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their journeys toward recovery, independence, and improved quality of life.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• A valid independent LMHC license issued by the state of Oregon.
• Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on managing clinical records and generating insightful reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team, contributing to various interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to clients, families, and colleagues.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities grounded in professional knowledge and ethics.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting, enhancing the ability to provide remote mental health services effectively.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to mental health treatment.
• Experience working with population-specific therapist systems and behavioral interventions.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $86,000 to $103,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
