Job Description:

        3+ years of experience

  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments for adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Must have full independent licensure — associate license will not be accepted.
  • Float between units as needed; may float to Holy Family Hospital if overstaffed.
  • Every other weekend required
  •  

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
  • Hospital experience preferred
