Your Role in This Movement

As a Senior Living Advisor serving Jacksonville / NE Florida and nearby communities, you’ll represent Oasis with warmth and expertise. You’ll be the trusted go-to resource for families navigating the senior living landscape, while also building deep relationships with local professionals across the care continuum.

Your impact will be meaningful and visible as you use your business development and sales skills for these job responsibilities:

  • Make Oasis the top name in senior care navigation throughout Jacksonville and beyond.
  • Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys.
  • Guide families through senior care options with empathy, honesty, and a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Raise the bar in senior placement by delivering an experience centered on trust, advocacy, and personalized care.

Who You Are

You are a high-integrity, relationship-first professional who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in business development or similar type sales/relationship building position, ideally working in senior living, healthcare, care management, or related fields.
  • Excels at networking and thrives on genuine, face-to-face connection.
  • Communicates clearly, listens deeply, and leads with empathy.
  • Is self-motivated and thrives in a flexible, field-based role.
  • Wants more than a job—you want purpose, impact, and a platform to grow.
