Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year

Company Overview

Affinex Capital, a two-time Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies honoree, is rapidly expanding its footprint across California. We operate an advisor-first platform designed to take 100% of the marketing and prospecting burden off your shoulders by providing high-intent, pre-scheduled client appointments directly on your calendar. In this role, you will meet with local clients who have already established a living trust to review their estate plans and deliver "safe money" income protection solutions.

Estate Planning & Insurance Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-scheduled, in-person appointments with local clients who have recently established living trusts.
  • Conduct structured, educational reviews of client financial situations to identify gaps in retirement income.
  • Educate clients on risk-managed, "safe money" options—primarily Fixed Indexed Annuities to ensure wealth preservation.
  • Follow our proven, structured educational sales model to maintain high client satisfaction and close rates.
  • Maintain an active schedule to consistently match the steady flow of pre-set company appointments.

Estate Planning & Insurance Advisor Requirements:

  • Active Life Insurance Producer’s License (Required).
  • 1–3+ years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related relationship-driven closing roles (Preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a 1099 contract, commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential.
  • High coachability and willingness to master a strict, proven educational presentation system.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, empathetic terms.

Estate Planning & Insurance Advisor Benefits:

  • Pre-Scheduled Appointments: Zero cold-calling, prospecting, or paying for leads; your calendar is fully managed for you.
  • World-Class Training: Comprehensive, company-paid training covering our proprietary estate preservation process and compliance.
  • Full Back-Office Support: A dedicated internal team handles operations and administrative paperwork so you can focus entirely on clients.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: High-performing commission splits supplemented by quarterly activity bonuses and incentive trips.
