Living Innovationsis seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join us as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this role, you'll empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to lead rich, fulfilling lives within their homes and communities. If you are reliable, empathetic, and eager to help others reach their full potential, you'll thrive in our supportive environment. Whether you're a seasoned pro or looking to start something new, we want to hear from you.Full training is provided.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide daily living assistance with tasks like dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.
  • Encourage participation in social activities and hobbies.
  • Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.

Qualifications

  • A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
  • The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
  • Must be able to provide 2 professional references.
