Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

Accurately complete daily production reports

Identify and distinguish between various materials (e.g., strand, fabric)

Audit pallets upon receipt of goods to ensure accuracy and quality

Perform banding and shrink-wrapping of pallets

Follow proper procedures for scrap material handling

Stack pallets correctly and safely

Maintain clean and organized work areas (housekeeping)

Operate power equipment as needed

Tag and label posted materials accurately

Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors regarding workflow and issues


*Must be able to work 5:30pm-5am Monday through Saturday

Qualifications:

Forklift experience required

Previous warehouse or production experience

Ability to read and complete production documentation neatly

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic understanding of material types and warehouse processes

Good verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety and quality standards
