We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction | San Diego, CA


A leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial electrical construction projects in the San Diego market.


This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex projects valued at $50M+ while playing a key leadership role across operations, client management, project execution, and field coordination.


Location: San Diego, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office

Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential


What We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within electrical construction

✔ Proven experience managing large commercial projects valued at $50M+

✔ Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and operational management skills

✔ Ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining client relationships

✔ Experience with forecasting, change orders, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation

✔ PMP Certification preferred

✔ Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, construction processes, and project controls


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle management of large commercial electrical projects

• Drive project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and profitability

• Partner with field leadership, estimators, engineers, and executive teams

• Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder management

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Mentor and develop project teams while fostering accountability and operational excellence
