Hansen & Adkins is hiring a CDL A Regional/OTR Auto Hauler Driver in Portland, OR to join our team and make deliveries within the Pacific Northwest with routes up to 900 miles from Portland.

Compensation:

  • Competitive earnings ranging from $80,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Additional Pay:
    • Safety and Damage Free Bonuses paid quarterly and annually
  • Scheduled pay increases based on length of service

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

  • Home Time: Portland offer OTR & Regional Routes for drivers which would keep them out all week and home every weekend with the exception to Volunteers
    • Local routes available as well
  • Schedule: may vary based on customer needs
  • One on One Dispatch
  • Service Coverage Area: Pacific Northwest and up to 900 miles around Portland, OR including shipments to Montana, Idaho, Washington & All Oregon
  • Level of Touch: Load, unload, and secure loads

Equipment:

  • Late model Trucks with state-of-the art equipment, including 100% soft tie down
  • Transmission: Majority of the fleet is automatic with some options for manual
  • Inward and outward event triggered cameras

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have Class A CDL from state of residence
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer truck driving experience
    • Drivers with previous auto-hauling experience are highly desired!
  • Must be able to work a 7 day work week if necessary
  • Must have a good driving record
    • No driving-related suspensions or revocations in the past 5 years
    • No more than 4 motor vehicle violations in a 36-month period
  • Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and road test.
  • Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds
  • Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 100 miles of Portland, OR
