THE ROLE
Good World Ventures, LLC, a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a sharp, internet-native Digital Intern to support day-to-day operations across our digital practice - from social media management and content publishing to research, editing, and campaign execution. This role reports directly to our Head of Digital and is designed for someone who wants to learn how a creative agency truly operates.
In-Person • 3 Days/Week • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Manage day-to-day social media across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) for Good World Creative
  • Schedule and publish content; handle community management and engagement
  • Edit short-form video and reels - quick cuts, captions, and format optimization for each platform
  • Research trends, creators, campaigns, and cultural moments relevant to our artists and brand partners
  • Draft copy for social posts, campaigns, newsletters, and internal documents
  • Support the Head of Digital with analytics pulls, campaign reporting, and competitive audits
  • Coordinate digital deliverables across campaigns with creative and production teams
  • Assist with digital asset organization, file management, and workflow support

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Film, or related field
  • Deeply online - strong command of social platforms, internet culture, and how content travels
  • Hands-on social media management experience (personal, brand, or editorial)
  • Comfortable editing video for social using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across formats
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with Notion or similar tools a plus
  • Excellent research skills and a habit of staying ahead of cultural trends
  • Highly organized, responsive, proactive, and collaborative
  • Passion for music, pop culture, and the intersection of artists and brands
