Job description

Indy Eleven internships are available for course credit only. Interns are provided a paid monthly parking stipend but are otherwise unpaid. Positions are less than 30 hours per week but will depend on the number of hours needed to complete course credit. Work schedules will be set at the beginning of the internship.
Indy Eleven is seeking an experienced and organized individual for its Ticket Operations Intern within the growing professional soccer team's front office. This position will report directly to the Ticket Operations Director and other Department Heads when pertinent.
Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Administration of Ticketmaster Archtics/Salesforce CRM/other ticketing systems.
  • Servicing accounts through ticket exchanges, printing, and fulfilling ticket orders.
  • Providing excellent customer service to fans.
  • Compiling reports for Ticket Sales department.
  • Assisting the ticket office on gamedays.
  • Prospecting new areas and businesses to target ticket sales.
  • Creating professional proposals that meet the needs of potential prospects.
  • Assist in Community Relation functions and appearances when needed.
  • Manage or assist with fulfillment of game day / event duties.

Qualifications and Requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • Experience in sales and sports preferred.
  • Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Passion for soccer preferred.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Knowledge of Central Indiana and its soccer community is a plus.
  • Ability to work with management and a diverse team of people.
