Job description

With Locations in San Antonio, Houston, Orlando, Raleigh, Austin and Dallas, McCorvey Sheet Metal Works, L.P. is a detailer, fabricator, and installer of HVAC sheet metal duct. McCorvey has performed on numerous high-profile projects all over the United States. We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team!

Requirements:
  • Able to pass a drug test
  • Legally eligible to work in the US
  • High school diploma
  • Current driver’s license
  • Proficient in English language
  • 7+ years of experience running HVAC ductwork for large projects
  • Read, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications
  • Layout hangers utilizing dimensions or with a Trimble unit
  • Full knowledge of ductwork, duct systems, water gauge, and different materials used
  • Work with fellow employees with a respectful and tolerant attitude
  • Willing to travel
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
  • Line out employees each day on jobsite
  • Work necessary hours to hit mandatory deadlines
  • Fill out Daily Reports, 3 Week Look Ahead, percent complete on project, and turn in employee’s time
  • Communicate with Project Managers and Superintendent every day
  • Attend onsite meetings with Mechanical and GC
  • Install the highest quality product
  • Represent McCorvey in a professional manner
