Responsible for the overall operation of dishwasher, cleaning equipment, and chemicals in the Deli. Accountable for the washing and sanitizing of all kitchen and dining room dishes, silverware, pots and pans to ensure consistent product quality, as well as quantity.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for washing and sanitizing all kitchen and dining room dishes, silverware, pots and pans.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all items are clean and presentable.
  • Responsible for keeping the guest area clean and tidy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills to Help You Succeed:

  • Ability to use chemicals and equipment.
  • Ability to read and write basic instructions.
Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Zero (0) to six (6) months food service experience.
  • You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed
  • Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to walk extended distances during shifts.
  • The team member is frequently (80%) required to stand; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and bend.
  • The team member must occasionally (10%) lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
