Our internship program will introduce you to the world of consumer-packaged goods with the goal of cooking up an interest in future career opportunities and allowing you to make an impact in a refuse-to-lose environment. You will be immersed in Conagra Brands and our Supply Chain Organization through an 11-week internship designed to introduce you to the world of consumer-packaged goods.

When: May-August, 2027

Location(s): Assignments may take place at any of our selected plant locations, Chicago, IL, or Omaha, NE

Compensation: $24/hr

  • Support project work across Supply Chain, including manufacturing operations, engineering, logistics, quality, continuous improvement, safety and environmental initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects that may include process improvement, project planning, equipment or systems support, quality improvement, operational efficiency, or capability building.
  • Partner with team members and leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems and support business priorities.
  • Learn how supply chain teams work together across manufacturing facilities, corporate offices and cross-functional business partners.
  • Participate in professional development, networking and early talent programming designed to strengthen your business acumen and career readiness.
  • Share progress, insights and recommendations with your team and leaders throughout the internship.
  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • You are enrolled in a degree program with at least one semester remaining after the internship program concludes.
  • You are pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business, Food Science, Engineering, including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a related area of study.
  • You are willing to relocate to a manufacturing facility, the Omaha office or the Chicago office based on your internship placement for the duration of the program.
  • You can work 40 hours per week during the internship.
  • You are curious, collaborative and motivated to learn in a fast-paced consumer-packaged goods environment.
  • You are comfortable working with others to solve problems, improve processes and deliver results.
  • You are energized by the opportunity to make an impact while learning from peers and leaders across Conagra Brands.
