Job description

Founders Advisors is a boutique investment banking firm with southern roots, serving middle market companies and the people that own and operate them. Our entrepreneurial and values-focused work environment thrives on each team member’s contribution toward our corporate goals of serving our clients with excellence and integrity, developing our team both personally and professionally, and bettering our community. Our services include sell-side and buy-side M&A and strategic advisory. At Founders, we get deals done for people.

We are currently seeking to fill summer analyst positions to participate in Founders’ 2027 Summer Analyst Training Program. Founders’ regimented and mentor-based summer analyst program is designed to give participants exposure to a broad array of “live fire” learning experiences in a short amount of time, while at the same time providing designated training periods to equip participants with the needed skills. Our intimate teams and entrepreneurial spirit allows our summer analysts to take on more responsibility than peers working at other banks, which makes for a more enriching experience.

Eligible candidates will fulfill the following requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and a strong desire to serve others • Intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow
  • The capacity for analytical thinking and a strong attention to detail • The ability to work well with others under pressure
  • Desire to work in a very dynamic, fast paced environment

Founders will challenge and foster your unique gifts and provide long-term foundational values and skills.
